How To Access The San Diego State University Canvas Login Portal



  1. To find your online courses, log in to Canvas: https://its.sdsu.edu/software/canvas

  2. Enter your username and password.

  3. Then click the login button to access your Canvas Dashboard

  4. Click the Courses link in the upper right corner of the screen to view all your courses

  5. Click on the course link displayed under “My Courses“

  6. Start exploring course content using the menu bar on the left side of the screen

  1. Select “Work or School account” created by IT

  2. To recover your account, begin by entering your email or username

  3. Enter the characters in the picture or audio below.
